3 Age and Eligibility Requirements

4 Account Security and Password

New members will receive a welcome bonus of up to 120% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give you a ৳1,200 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,200.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x. This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

6.3 VIP Program

The a9aaa VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. You can move to a higher tier through regular play:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

7 Betting Rules

By placing a bet on a9aaa, you are considered to have accepted the following rules.

7.1 Bet Validity

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a9aaa cancels it directly.

7.3 Settlement of Results

In sports betting, results are determined based on the official outcome. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the a9aaa platform and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing artificial bets with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Financial fraud, money laundering, or using funds from illegal sources.
• Hacking, introducing viruses to, or exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform's software.
• Harassing or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other users.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated programs.
• Arbitrage betting or systematically attempting to harm the platform.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Indirect Losses

a9aaa does not accept liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. In any dispute, a9aaa's maximum liability shall be limited to the value of the user's relevant transaction.
